On July 1, 2018, a new law was enacted for healthcare providers including chiropractors in the state of Florida. They are now able to enter into direct agreements with employer groups to provide primary care services to employees as a benefit for an affordable monthly fee. Individuals or families are also able to receive this new level of care. The new primary care arrangements are now exempt from insurance regulation as a result of Florida’s new Direct Primary Care Law.
